Pichyn is operated by Chaitanaya Kusumakar as a sole proprietorship based in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India (“Pichyn”, “we”, “us”). By signing in to Pichyn you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Pichyn.

What Pichyn is, and is not

Pichyn is a discovery platform where founders show their work and investors find startups. Pichyn is not an investment adviser, broker, stock exchange or fundraising intermediary. We do not arrange, negotiate or recommend investments, do not hold money, and take no commission or equity. Any conversation or deal between a founder and an investor is between them alone. Investors should do their own due diligence.

Who can use Pichyn

• You must be 18 or older.
• Founders join by application. We may accept, ask for more, decline or remove any founder.
• Investors join by invitation after we verify them.
• One person, one account. Keep your Google account secure; you are responsible for activity on it.

Founders' content

• Post only content you own or have permission to use, including permission from anyone shown in your videos.
• Videos must show real people in their own voices. AI-generated people, voices or avatars are not allowed.
• Claims about traction, revenue or customers must be true. Badges show only what we checked and when.
• No ads, sales pitches, hiring spam, or links to buy things in posts.
• You keep ownership of your content. You give Pichyn permission to show it to approved members and to use short excerpts to describe Pichyn, until you delete it.

Investors' conduct

• Never ask a founder for a fee to consider, review or invest in their startup.
• Do not copy, download or share founders' content outside your own fund without the founder's permission.
• Use what you learn on Pichyn only to evaluate and support startups.

Everyone

• Be respectful. No harassment, threats, impersonation, or unlawful content.
• Do not scrape Pichyn, try to access other people's data, or interfere with the service.
• We may remove content or accounts that break these terms or the law, and we act on lawful orders from courts and the government.

Price

Pichyn is free during the pilot. If we introduce paid plans, we will announce them before they start, and content you have already posted will not be locked.

Videos on YouTube

During the pilot, videos are hosted on YouTube and played inside Pichyn. YouTube's Terms of Service apply to those videos.

No warranty and limits

Pichyn is a pilot and is provided as it is. We do not guarantee that you will be funded, contacted or that the service will always be available. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for decisions made by founders or investors.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh have jurisdiction.
